Our data analytics department designs and implements custom tracking programs for our clients under the leadership of Dr. Eamon Boyle, chief architect behind the CRM machine for all brands of the Ford Motor Company. At The Martin Agency, he runs a group proficient in relationship management analytics development, customer-behavior modeling, media-mix and media optimization modeling, segmentation analysis and project management. They also develop and design surveys, as well as supervise the collection and analysis of survey data.
